What is VTP ?

VTP is an internship program organized virtually for young people to better understand the world of work.

Based on the principle of social responsibility, in 2020 "Let's touch the lives of 20 young people!" We launched our first visual experience program with the slogan. In the first half of 2020, after the "Covid-19" epidemic spread all over the world, it was not possible to continue the program in the traditional way. In order to touch the lives of more young people by turning the pandemic into an opportunity, as a Buta Group company, we launched the "Virtual Experience Program" project. Thus, between October 21 and December 21, 2020, we implemented the first "VTP" project. The intense demand for the program has made it necessary for us to continuously organize virtual internship programs in the coming years. "VTP'20 Autumn", "VTP'21 Summer", "VTP'21 Summer", "VTP'21 Autumn", "VTP'22 Summer", "VTP'22 Summer", "VTP'22 Winter", "VTP'23 Summer" , "VTP-9 NANO" and "VTP-10 Business" programs and provided employment to young people who successfully completed the program.
